Ravina Roberts, Owner, Association Property Manager, Broker in Charge
Ravina has over 17 years of experience in the Property Management and Accounting industry and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in NC & SC since 2006. Ravina has been in Association Management for 12 years. Ravina has managed Golf Course communities, Condominiums, Townhomes, and Single-Family Homes local to the Brunswick County area. Ravina enjoys meeting people and building relationships. Prior to Property Management Ravina was hands-on in the management of many of her family businesses to include delis, restaurants, housekeeping, and maintenance as well as Real Estate, Rental and Property Management to name a few. Ravina feels that her involvement in family business has molded her work ethic, management skills and business sense today. In addition to the property management arena, Ravina has strong skills in working with the insurance company as a liaison to your property during any insurance dealings to help settle association claims or to help with renewals on your properties.
Jeff Roberts, Owner, Maintenance Supervisor
Jeff became fully involved in the Association Management business 4 years ago. In the past Jeffs role consisted of customer service, mechanics and HVAC which of course shifted to Property Management and Maintenance. Jeff enjoys being hands on in the business, as well overseeing day to day operation to ensure the task at hand is completed to the needed expectation. In addition to his wife Ravina, he also has experience working with insurance companies as a liaison should the need arise during property insurance claims. He also has an insurance restoration background and is IICRC certified.
